Beautiful apartments and great location! Very nice leasing agent too!

Trailside verdae is in the perfect location. So close to everything but without the busy and loud traffic. I've never seen a better maintained apartment community. You can tell the company really cares about resident experience.

Great community with awesome well maintained amenities. Office staff was very helpful with guidance during our transition after selling our home and looking for an apartment. Maintenance is very responsive and very professional. Thanks for making this transition as easy as possible for us!!!

I lived at Trailside Verdae for 3 years. The apt and amenities were very nice. Within the last year, I have noticed a decline in the maintenance of the buildings, stairs/breezeways, and amenities. There is a definite problem with parking. The car wash is constantly broken or water turned off, even when we are not experiencing cold weather. In June and August I contacted the office to report the growth of black mold in the salt water pool. I lived in building 1 and the stairs were very dirty. It is sad that such a beautiful apartment home community has gone down so quickly. The management company changed about 2 years ago and they made some improvements to the front office landscaping and the mailbox areas. The potential is there but the attention to details has been lost.

Trailside verdad felt like a resort living there. The amenities were incredible and everything was always kept clean! Wonderful place to live and host your guest. My favorite was the sports room. Can host your guest while enjoying some billiards and watching a sports game. Can’t forget about the complimentary coffee in the sports room! Office staff was always so nice and helpful. Maintenance was always super responsive! (Very little issues) Definitely recommend Trailside you won’t regret it!

I am so very happy living here. The staff is awesome, they are always there to help in anyway the can. It is so very peaceful and clean. You feel like your on vacation.

The apartments are fantastic on the top floor and the amenities are gorgeous. The reason I would not recommend this place is due to lack of oversight and control of parking. There is NO AVAILABLE PARKING for residents that pay to live here. When I complained the office they couldn’t bother to reply back to me. Until the office either assigns parking or adds additional spots, I would not recommend moving here.
