Trailside has very nice finishes and spacious floor plans for an apartment community but it is poorly built and poorly managed. My neighbor does not work and plays video games daily. I can hear his conversation with players, his screaming and cursing during the work day as he plays his game. Ive now had to return to the office for work during COVID to take any conference/video calls because the noise can audibly be heard and understood by others during with my work calls. This neighbor also has a 100lb dog that starts to play and run at 10pm each night and does not stop until after midnight. The community quiet hours are strictly advertised as 8pm-8am. From 10pm - 1am most mornings the ceiling fan and lights in my apartment rattle from the noise and vibration. It sounds as if someone is remodeling upstairs and that my ceiling is about to collapse, which causes my dog to be a nervous wreck. Multiple attempts to notify the neighbor in person have failed to solve the problem along with multiple visits, emails/phone calls to the staff and management. Priced at $1,500/month for a 2 bedroom unit and the attractive appearance of this community, I had higher expectations for the quality of living and service I would receive. The staff, who are always kind and courteous, has informed me that after 6 months they can transfer me to another unit but they fail to see this does not solve the issue as the next tenant in my apartment will have the same problem. I would not recommend living here at Trailside.
