I heard so many negative things about this location. It's definitely not a place I would want to live at. I heard there's always gun shots. And some of the residents I spoke with are very unhappy with the living spaces. I wouldn't feel comfortable living at Stonethrow. Maybe if you start caring about the residents, they would stay longer. If I could give this review a 0, I would.

The staff was rude. I didn't even get to view the apartment and when I emailed the property informing them of the issue no one responded.

Although you and the Office Mgr sign the lease which states that you, as paying tenant, have the RIGHT to PEACE where you IT'S A LIE!! A father and his teenaged daughter and his sonmoved into a 1-bedroom?? apt above me 8 months ago has been crafting things with an electric saw or other large tool, which sounded like it was coming through my floor! I have called, written email complaints and completed in-house complaints-NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE! I was told MONTHS ago that if I made 7 complaints that they would move them to another bldg and place them in a basement apt-needless to say nothing has been done

I mean stonesthrow isnt a bad place honestly I actually like it but it could be better due to late shootings I use to hear outside my apartment but ever since then I havent heard nothing, they have a nice pool, nice gym, good size park and I love the apartment I live in (3 bed, 3 bath)
