    The leasing consultant was exceptional during the meet and greet process which solidified the decision to choose this property as my home. Management and maintenance has been responsive to my apartment needs.

    My mother lived her and she sadly passed in July. This company was trying to charge her over $1000 because she ended her lease early. We tried calling and calling their office many times to discuss this but never got an answer or callback when we left messages. Never got a response from email either. I work in property management and this is just bad business. For the prices too? You could get stainless steel appliances and much more for the same price elsewhere. Would not recommend. Many people also had died while my mother had lived there inside of the apartments and never sent out notices to residents or addressed the situation. Again BAD business.

    Do not rent here. Please do not do it. You will save more money renting somewhere that is actually new where it doesn't have as many problems as this unit has. Do not do it

    First, let me start out by saying that my husband and I have lived in several different apartment communities in the past five years that weve been married. Weve lived in apartments where the rent has been less than what we pay here. BUT NEVER COULD I EVER have imagined that any business could be run so poorly. The management here is truly awful. Let me tell a couple of stories just to paint a picture: Near the first month that we moved in, a piece of hardware debris in their parking lot damaged a tire on our Jeep, causing it to go flat immediately. We pulled it into a parking spot, and about a week later had bought a replacement. While we were out of town visiting family over Christmas, they had our vehicle towed without giving us any sort of notice. No email, no note on the door for us to reference when we got back... nothing. We spoke with the office, and they explained that our car had been tagged 24 hours prior to them towing it. However, we confirmed with two separate people at the towing company that there was never any sticker or tag on the vehicle. The man that towed our vehicle, as well as the owner of the establishment were convinced that our property managers had never tagged the vehicle. Ultimately, we had to pay over $300 to get a vehicle back that was damaged due to debris on their property. Our neighbors roof has had a maintenance request submitted for nearly three months to repair their leaking roof thats getting increasingly worse. They have to keep a pot in the living room every time it rains. We have a different neighbor who is paying extra money to break the lease early, simply because she is so disappointed with the management here. Bottom line: the price tag may look nice, but Ive lived in other two bedroom apartments where the rent has either been less or maybe $5 more a month... but Ive never lived in a place where the management has so little regard for their tenants. If youre considering moving here, think again.
