I am grateful to everyone for their help before and after I moved in. My experience with the sweet people at the leasing office and with the hard-worker and knowledgeable maintenance technicians is outstanding. They all do their best to answer your questions, to help you with anything you need, and to make your stay at your apartment comfortable and pleasant. I recommend Retreat at Waterside without hesitation. It is the best rental community in Greater Greenville. I am not used to writing reviews. However, I could not help but write a word of appreciation to all the wonderful people who are dedicating their time and efforts to make their residents feel welcome.

They continue to change people in the office . They dont want fix anything , its mold in the apartments. Everyone complains out here about something for the price we paying to stay in retreat at waterside its not worth it . I had the worse experience ever . I ask them to fix things they ask me to fix it ! I done had a broken window , the freezer fell on my child because it was not attached

The new management is very unprofessional. The houses are in poor shape and the maintenance team is not responsive at all. The management hardly ever responds to emails or gives any information on the phone. You have to call them minimum 20 times (not joking) to get a small task done. They shut the water supply without any notice and there online portal hasn't been working since June 2019 till now. A lot of residents have already vacated the premises.
