Nicely place in the middle of Greenville

My husband and I lived here a year and didnt have the best experience. We had squirrels living in our walls for over 4 months and had to wait longer than expected to have it addressed. The locks on our door werent great and one of our dogs was able to get out one day. Although we had to turn in pictures and information on our dogs when we first moved in, management called animal control to come get our dog instead of attempting to find the resident he belonged to. We were very disappointed in the way it was handled and ended up having to pay a fee to pick him up. Our maintenance orders took a while to be addressed as well-for example, we never had a working fan in our bathroom. We are hoping all of these issues have improved since we moved.

I love the community and people in it ! I have great neighbors and love all the neighborhood kids . I cannot wait until they finish with the new amenities, then my home will be complete !! Thank you 2900 north for allowing me to be a resident to the community !!

Overall the property is unclean and unkept the entire time I lived here there was nonstop construction that lasted 12 months longer than promised. Construction vehicles constantly blocked driveways and inconvenienced residents on a daily basis. For example, the entirety of my lease there was a trailer parked in front of my apartment that made it almost impossible for my neighbors and I to park our cars. We asked for it to be moved multiple times throughout the year and nothing was ever done. Management is a complete joke. Anyone working in the office only lasts 3 months max so don't try to learn any names. They are also terrible at keeping up with files and records. Don't expect to get any deposit back upon move out because they won't have any "official documentation" that you ever paid anything. You also won't have any proof because there was never any procedure to record said "official documentation". The overall quality of the apartment interior is laughable for the price. Vinyl flooring looks nice when freshly laid, but is will probably be installed incorrectly so it easily pulls up and scuffs. Eventually when you move out you will be charged $500 to replace it all. You also better pray that no environmental damage ever occurs to your property. Around the end of winter a large pine tree fell onto my neighbor and I's units, ripping the gutters off, taking out a power pole, knocking a huge hole in the roof, and blocking both of our front entrances. After a asking the property manager to move the fallen tree for a MONTH my neighbor got fed up enough to cut it and move it himself. During this tree removal process, we realized that our property manager had failed to get duke energy out and turn off the power to the LIVE WIRES that were hanging out on the ground. The trouble wasn't over after that though, it then took 3 additional months for the damage to be professionally repaired. Also the walls are super thin, I could hear my neighbors breathing. This place sucks.

On move in day I reported ice maker would not work and toilet not secured to floor. It took 3 months for ice maker to get fixed and after 1year the toilet was still not fixed. Numerous other maintenance requests took weeks to get fixed. Walls are very thin and you can hear everything. Children running around everywhere. Very loud! Due to construction I had nails in my tires on 4 different occasions and construction would block entrance/exit to complex

Helpful Information

We have had one, and only one, mission in mind since the inception of our group: Be the best at what we do! Our mission states simply that we strive to be the best real estate management company in the markets we serve. We achieve this 'Second to None' status via a three-prong approach: Manage (and own) properties with the highest appeal value. Enlist team members obsessed with the pursuit of excellence. Provide superior customer service to our residents. Our objective is not only to build a great company but to create a dedicated brand recognition in our markets. Our branding is manifested through our signage, color schemes, font shape and size, awnings, landscaping, mantra signs, state-of-the-art business centers, beautifully appointed models, high-tech gyms, electronic gating system, designer interiors and fixtures, and not least of which, our dedicated staff with the 'Obsession for Excellence' look in their eyes. Our team members, from Regional VPs to porters get quarterly orientations about our mission, our values, our business model, and our expectations. We train our team on everything from leasing techniques, marketing strategies, customer service, Fair Housing laws, and preventative maintenance programs. To summarize, we are an organization with a proven track record. Integrity and a stellar reputation, we feel, are the most important assets we possess, and are more important than our 'brick and mortar' ones.
