I've lived here for 3 years and I love it like any other place it's not perfect but the thing that stands out is the employees here all have empathy yes indeed they genuinely try there best to help it's so easy to be mad or upset when ur air doesn't get fixed as soon as it goes out if people would just take a breath and let the leading office handle the problem I swear it is less stressful for instance my hot water heater busted on us I let the office know about it and left it alone I seen a great concern on the mgr face I left it in her hands and today I just wanted too say thankyou so much to my leasing agents mgr and maintenance u guys are awesome thanks for caring.......
Great place staff are ok this place the area the vibes are great the neighbors are so friendly only thing i hate is the rent is too high but i still would recommend people to stay here plus your close to everything and love domonique wonderful woman she make you feel like your at home thank you
DO NOT RENT!! I lived here for a year and it was horrible. I was told numerous lies when I signed my lease and found that they made false promises after I had already signed my lease. The rent is cheap for the area, but it is not worth it!
The quality of the apartment is poor, floor chips, paint chips, mold on the walls, etc. when I decided to end my lease I paid my final payment and never received my deposit back even though the main office said they mailed it on various occasions, I never received it. Then when I went to sign another lease with a different apartment complex, I learned that Metropolitan had flagged my credit saying I still owed outstanding dues. However, I did not owe them anything! When I asked metropolitan about the discrepancy they couldn't even find a copy of my lease (from a year prior) and could not show I owed any outstanding dues. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT rent from them. It is also not the greatest neighborhood. I could often see kids doing drugs outside my windows. Please look somewhere else! There are plenty of other, nicer, and better well managed places in Greenville to live!!!
We loved the apartment, however we were down hill where mud run down on our sidewalk almost to our door. It was a very dangerous situation and you had to walk through the mud to get to your apartment. Complained to management and nothing was ever done to fix the problem. We were able to get out of our lease due to them not maintaining the premises. Now 2 years later they turned us over to a collection agency for non payment of our lease. The turn over in there office in terrible so no one is there that was there 2 years ago. I guess I will have to get an attorney to get this cleared up.
I love the Metropolitan Apartments. Staff has been fabulous !!!
