We were very Happy with the appointment it felt like A home not an appointment, The staff was amazing, very attentive, Ryan and I forget his name the old man work awesome personalities that helpful caring ways, there were a few people who are quite snotty and the office but they are no longer there except one of them which is a gentleman, it was almost like we were bothering him When he had to do work, other than that I would move back there in a heartbeat. Thank you millennium

I love the apartment location because its close to the interstate. I love the apartment layout with the garden tub. I could use some more closet space, the walls are very thin. I can hear the frogs , cars, and everything my neighbors are doing. That is the only negative thing I have to say about the complex. The parking is very limited but I live in the front of the complex.

The apartments themselves are really nice and spacious places. The master bath is wonderful with a big, full bathtub. I like having a built in washer and drier however, I already had a set that I had to get rid of since there are no on-site storage options besides a garage which rarely come open and are also a bit overpriced for the already expensive rent.
Its now under different management, but initially when my roommate and I first looked at the apartment, the guy quoted us at $1032 monthly but when we went to sign our lease, it read $1092. He said it was just a mistake and that he would fix it so we went back after he corrected the mistake, he informed us that he actually could not go any lower than $1053. (This is move-in day and apparently non-negotiable) Since we both had put in our notices for our other apartments, we didnt have a choice.
He also told us that half of the community worked at night and the other half worked during the day so parking was really staggered and not a problem. HUGE LIE. I can get off work and be home by 5:30 and still have to park on the hill next to the gate because all parking is gone. This happens CONSTANTLY and is completely annoying.
Also, when we first moved in, they notified us that they would be redoing the parking lot and half of the spots would be closed off for a week, then the other half the next week.. For a place that was at 99% capacity and already having huge issues with parking, this was a very poor decision especially since the parking lot was already in perfectly fine shape. Because of this apartment location, I, along with many other cars, had to park at JL Mann across the street and walk across just to go home. It was like this for 2 weeks during the summer.
The gates dont work most of the time and are usually left open. This was a big reason for us moving here, for the privacy and security only to see that the main gate rarely closes.

I just want to take the time so said THANK YOU this team, I being living for around 6 months here and due to a condition and financially situations I went to the office and spoke with the manager Kay she is the best she really quick understood my situation and start working with me.... I wanna recognize Deme too, she is so cool, one of the best complement in the team, everybody here its really friendly and they make you feel important and that they care about u!!!! Once again thanks God and also u guys for the excellent treat!!!!
