I regretfully renewed my lease, and wish I could change it. I have never been late of a rent payment, and apparently paying on the 4th of the month is considered late which calls for a TWO HUNDRED AND SIXTY DOLLAR late fee. Yes, $260.00. I am disgusted with the way MAA Communities operate. They are inflating this fee and are being unfair. When asked for a reversal based on good payment history I was told that theyre unable to waive the fee however they appreciate my residency. I take full ownership for paying on the 4th, but not the $260.00 fee. That amount is ridiculous, unacceptable, and unfair. In addition, dont move here if you watch tv or listen to music after 10 pm because youll get a complaint.

A good calm neighborhood ! Staff is amazing & sweet ! Apartments are so modern Im in love with the inside & out ! Smoke free place , which I love the most ! Per friendly . Staff is always doing events ! Deff recommend to check it out !

Love Innovations! Best place in Greenville to live. Sales staff and Maintenance staff are incredibly accommodating and professional. Would highly recommend.
