Overall, the facility is impressive. Specifically, I would like to commend Paige, our initial contact at Huntington Downs. Paige is extremely personable, and goes well above and beyond our expectations. She is an excellent ambassador...informative and insightful.

Good things first. A big property with good amenities, club house, swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, gymnasium and lake. A very good, friendly and prompt maintenance staff and cordial residents. Another good thing is their lease breakage terms which are friendly to non long term employees and is a big plus in its favor. Now, coming to the things to improve. The new office staff seems not as friendly and helpful as the previous one. The big items like furniture and appliances are not replaced till the time these are no more in functional condition, no matter in howsoever bad conditions these may be. The good thing though is that the maintenance staff attends to the issues very promptly and fixes them within a very short time. The other thing that can be improved is the quantity of dumpsters. For such a big society they have just one dumpster at one of the corners. People have to carry garbage in their vehicles to drop it there. The office staff is not able to understand the gravity of the situation and just ignores the requests even after been told umpteen times about the issue by various residents. I hope they take account of the situation now and attend to this as it is a cause of big dissatisfaction among the residents. I would have loved to rate these apartments 5 stars if they would have at least attended to one of my several requests of replacement of worn out carpet, spoilt wooden almirah below the wash basin and old stove of which one coil takes too long to get heated.
