I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE! it is THE WORST! Everytime I walk outside it's dead beetles surrounding my door. The prices went up and quality went down after the new management took over. Trash overflows and visitors have to pay for parking. INSANE!!! The property owners neglect the residents. Things break down in the apartment and maintenance takes days to fix it or sometimes never show up. I cant wait until my lease is up!

Haywood reserve is one of the worst places I have ever lived. They do not care about the resident. I have also just learned that they are under new management this year. So all of their good reviews are for another management company! I wish this new one could learn from the last..

Please do not move here. They used to be a Graystar community. Graystar is a phenomenal Company. This one took over Haywood Reserve apartments. They have charged me over $700 upon move out. The staff is very malicious and only want money. If you ever go to an apartment please do a walk-through or else they will take advantage of you.

In all Haywood has proved to be a great decision for my girlfriend. This being our first place together we love the look of Haywood and our unit. The bedroom is slightly small due to an unusual shelving unit in the closet. The staff at Haywood are some of the nicest we have encountered during our apartment search. Our unit was a little dirty, but that is on the company that cleans for Haywood and as soon as we informed Haywood they came around first thing and helped to clean up. We are beyond excited to live here in Greenville and call ourselves residents of Haywood.
