By far the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. The front office staff gets upset when you ask them to do their jobs. They don't like putting in work orders to get your AC fixed or the breezeway cleaned. The whole complex is disgusting and kids run rampant destroying all kinds of property. The playgrounds are torn apart with some equipment broken and the pool hasn't been open in years. Large dogs run around with leashes but nobody holding them, sometimes they'll even jump on you if you're trying to walk to or from your car. This complex is more like a lawless wasteland. Please everyone stay far away from here, it's nothing but garbage. They make promises to fix stuff but just lie to your face.

I am current resident and I have asked for someone to come spray for the last 2 months and haven't seen anyone yet. And on top of that when I first moved in I asked if water and trash was included in the rent, what was told to me was that eagle trace covers that but now all of a sudden it's my responsibility. Even my lease says that they are responsible for the water and trash!
