Highlands at Market Point is a great place to live with ease of access to many shopping and food options and a close commute to work. The staff went above and beyond to help me get moved in as soon as possible.

Highlands at Market Point has been one of my worst rental experiences, down to lack of cleanliness, excessive fines, and poor management. I absolutely would NOT recommend.

Stunningly RUDE office staff. You may catch them at a good moment. But they really do not want to be troubled with a resident. I walked into the office the other day and stood in front of the employee to my right seated behind a desk (I wont use her name) for several minutes without her even looking up to acknowledge me. For minutes she just continued typing and shuffling papers. I then gave up and turned my attention to the younger female who had been standing in the lobby 5 ft beside me chatting with another female about personal things. After several minutes of me standing right in front of both starring at them, the chatty on looked at me and said she would be with me shortly. I continued standing and pacing in front of both employees 10 to 15 minutes without the seated one ever acknowledging me and before the other would cease talking about the weather, each others family, pets, etc, etc. I WALKED OUT. This typifies the service of Highlands at Market Point Apartments. RUDE and cannot be bothered with customers. It may look decent on the surface... but you will regret being bound to this place.

Highlands at Market Point is an excellent apartment complex in a great location, run by even better people. Management has been nice and courteous since day one and the development as a whole provides quick and responsive customer service still. The apartments are well kept and maintained nicely. There are times where some residents forget to clean up after themselves, but overall it has been a good experience so far.
