Pine Lakes

I have been at Pine Lakes Apt community for over 4 years. Great location. Quiet, nice neighbors at times. Staff response is swiftly. Great maintenance upkeep. One small area that needs attention. The passageway floor leading into the apts doors needs more attention to cleaning. Something needs to be done about smokers butts piling up outside the front door. Overall average PINE LAKES is a great apt community. Staff always go the extra mile in resolving issues.

Because the staff is very friendly and they take great pride in the property.

The apartments are well-maintained buy a friendly and professional staff. Maintenance request are handled in a timely manner. We have lived here for over 5 years and no complaints.

Great apartments! While I was there they were constantly improving the units. They managed to get me into a apparent almost instantly. If your in the Navy and moving to the area I would recommend you stay here as it is close to the command.

We moved in about 2 months ago They are making some Wonderful changes to this complex New play ground, Gym equipment and fire pit, and a beautiful big community Grill!!! The staff is so nice and very helpful. They have been so good about fixing things as well so far a Wonderful quite place to live!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT HERE!!!!!

Ive had some of the best years of my life here.

I am a current resident but about to leave sadly. I lived here for a year and all I have to say is this place was great. The management team was amazing and always knew who I was. The maintenance was spot on. I would put in a request and two hours later was fixed. This is such a safe place to live with the police patrolling they have. They even helped with so much when my husband was gone with moving out. This is such a friendly environment to live in and very safe. If we are ever back in South Carolina I will definitely come back here!

Lots of changes have taken place over the last year. We have a new dog park, wheel chair ramps adds getting updated, the pool has a more open view, and hammocks! Any time there has been something broke at my place, the management and repair guys have been quick to get it repaired or have let me know if there will be a wait for stuff. Plus, they love my dog ;)

My husband Curtis and I have been living here at pine lakes for 6 year we Love it here the office staff are the nicest people.
