I have been at Pine Lakes Apt community for over 4 years. Great location. Quiet, nice neighbors at times. Staff response is swiftly. Great maintenance upkeep. One small area that needs attention. The passageway floor leading into the apts doors needs more attention to cleaning. Something needs to be done about smokers butts piling up outside the front door. Overall average PINE LAKES is a great apt community. Staff always go the extra mile in resolving issues.

I have lived in the Townhomes since 2015, there is a steady stream of people cutting around behind the building to get to the Shopping Center. Management finds a bunch of reasons to enter your apartment at least once a month, they don't care if they're interrupting your sleep knowing that you work at night. They've done a lot of work on the outside of the buildings to make them look better, but inside when I moved in the carpet had been replaced on the stairs and in the living room but upstairs is dry rotted and threadbare, it stops up my vacuum every time I use it upstairs. Every year when I renew the lease I'm always promised a lease renewal gift such as a dining room ceiling fan, or new updated kitchen lights, I have yet to see the first one although I've renewed the least three times. The ceiling fans in my unit are most likely original to the building they are so outdated. The appliances, kitchen tile, and Cabinetry leaves much to be desired. There's a big gap underneath my front door I've asked them to fix which never got done. The windows are original to the buildings and badly need to be replaced. My rent has went up around $200 a month since moving in, way overpriced in my opinion considering the conditions. Roma the office manager is very nice and addresses most concerns, I don't have a complaint there.

Rent increases with no reason other than "The Economy is getting better." Was turned down from signing a multiyear lease. There are less attractions now than there was when I 1st moved here 10 years ago.
