There is so much I want to say but I will try not to write a book. I try my best to be patient and give the benefit of the doubt but this place is utterly ridiculous. Let me rephrase, the MANAGEMENT/OWNERS are utterly ridiculous.

New owners came in with NO warning to the residents. The way most of us found out was a note on the office door, old phones disconnected and Facebook page taken down. Corridor lights were out right as the takeover was going down. This was supposedly because the new owners were having issues getting everything in their names. Its been weeks now and still no way to pay rent in the office because they dont have a credit card machine. We cant pay online either because THAT isnt set up yet. And getting someone in the office or to answer the phone at all is just short of a miracle. We STILL have not been told ANYTHING about the takeover or the plans unless we pinpoint the office manager, IF shes there at all. There is talk of rent being increased and some residents have said theirs is already being increased. There is no community wide communication still after weeks. I really loved this place when we moved in but now I cant wait to get out of here!

My review may not deter people from living here but hopefully it will at least give cause for second thoughts.

Management says rent will go up because it is lower than most comparables. If thats true its not much lower and Id suggest just paying a little extra if you can to get better management. Anything has to be better than this!

Sorry it turned into a book but I am beyond frustrated with this place. NOT what I consider luxury.

The apartment itself looks nice, I can hear everything the people above me do.. there are switches in the apartment that I still don't know what they control.. switch for garbage disposal that doesn't exist. Water pressure is HORRIBLE in master bath, and from what I understand plumbing issues are throughout every building..
and the walls, are dusty like one coast of paint was put over the sheet rock.. you rub up against a wall and there is guaranteed to be white dust on your clothes and an instant mark on your wall. The dumpster is almost always overflowing.. either it needs to be emptied 2 times a week or one needs to be put on the office end of the residence as well.
I could live with all of that.. but this newest management concerns me.

There has been no communication to residents at all about any of the changes taking place. There is a sign on the office door saying new hours and new phone.. but doesn't state the hours?? Do we still make our rent checks out to the same name? Can we finally pay by credit card? These are some of the things you should have probably addressed from week one on property... I also saw that the available apartments listed on websites are listed at a higher cost...I would hope that if anyone is renewing their current lease, this new company would at least keep their rates the same as a thank you for dealing with this horrible transition as well as the lack of repairs and upkeep over the last 1 1/2 years since the complex opened.


In conversations I have had with my neighbors, it is pretty much the general opinion, that the quality of living and management is not meeting what is being paid for currently, and if rent goes up, a lot of us will be shipping out.

Close to Pineville and Charlotte and residents we have met are friendly. Place has changed management 3 times in a year and again right now with no warning to residents. Phone number to office is not working and no way to contact anyone except in emergency. Entryways could be kept cleaner, trash area better kept. Residents need to be kept up on what is going on. Like to apartment well enough.

I only lasted 7 months before I decided to break my lease. The walls are paper thin and the bedroom backs up to the neighbors living room. Therefore when he stayed up all night playing music or watching video games I had to stay up all night too. Also they need to install rubber or something around the doors because neighbors with kids slam their doors all day long and nobody ever does anything to stop the noise. I was just told that that was normal noise but it's slamming to the point where it shakes the entire apartment because of the walls being so thin. You can hear conversations through the walls it's really horrible.

This place has no business center, playground nor car wash place.

I was offered something and when I came in the next day to sign contract I was told they were sorry but the information I was given was not accurate.

Definetely not renewing my lease!

We are sorry this has happened to you. Please call the office so we can address this problem. We are working on more amenities and just opened our dog park as well. Also, our playground is beside our 1042 and 1028 building.
