Stay away! Worse place ever, horrible service, overpriced.
Terrible unprofessional management with incompetent corporate management makes for a terrible place to live. The location and the maintenance guy Xavier are the only 2 good things about this place. If you like to use amenities this isn't the place for you. There are far better communities to live in than here. Once you're locked into a lease you don't matter anymore. To renew our lease would've costed us $155. The prices are crazy for what you get.

I am not a person that writes reviews about anything. However, I feel I have been pushed to a level that this is the only way to express my concerns. to keep it short, I would read every 1 star review and know that they are all 100 percent truthful. If management would do simple tasks like answer the phone, return emails, tend to tenant request like spray for bugs or fix the toilet most things would be non issues but they choose to ignore things like they will just go away! Unfortunately we moved here from out of town without the luxury of being able to see the property first. only going only by how it was described by management. We are completely disappointed with everything we have endured here from the trains, the dog mess, the noise level of the surroundings, the smell of the trash dumpster that happens to be next to our building and the smell of the plastic plant right across the street only to be topped off by the train, which normally would not bother me but we are also at a crossing road. So as the pass literally every 4 hours including all night they have to sound the whistle each time. so...'"luxury style living...I don't think so>
Upper management do not care once you sign a lease. The property is dirty. The maintenance manager cares more about the property and the tenants than the regional manager or corporate. I have been waiting for over a month for someone to come spray our apartment. Two nights ago I woke up to a bug on my forehead. I called corporate repeatedly and after weeks of calling I finally get a phone call from an assistant NOT the HR manager that I needed to speak with to file a complaint against the regional manager. Its really sad how the upper management takes tenants hard earned money and treats their tenants the way they do. Many tenants have stressed to me the same concerns. Friedlam properties and their management are horrible.
