The Greens At Fort Mill

I want to love this place, but over the past 6 months property management has been non responsive regarding trash being allowed to gather in the hallways for multiple days. Ive photographically documented the conditions, but property mgmt has done nothing to fix the issue. Getting to look like 3rd world on my floor. The location is great, and other than trash becoming a hygiene issue, I like The Greens.

I have lived here for nearly 2 years and it is a wonderful place to live. Megan, the apartment manager, as well as Collette, are incredibly nice and take the time to get to know the residents. They carefully manicure the lawn, and it is a pet-friendly building. They make sure to enforce the rules for pets and trash policies so that other residents don't disturb those following the rules. The building is very well constructed, as I hardly hear my neighbors. Beautiful interior amenities and granite countertops. When we have issues in our space they are quick to remediate them. We have auto payment set up with their website which is a breeze. Also, they have a k-cup bar, dog park and trash with bags, and a mini-gym. It's elderly-friendly, as it's quiet and there is an elevator. Lastly, it is walking distance to the beautiful Walter Elisha park and downtown Fort Mill. This is by far the best place I have ever rented from, I highly recommend it.

Holding the trashcan in the hallway is bad idea.After several hours the hallway smells like trashcan.

When I was looking for an apartment the bikes and the grill patio area were highly promoted to me. The bikes are only available while the leasing office is open. Most people would enjoy a bike ride in the evening or morning. There is no patio/area or discussion of when one will be put in. The Greens also had someone pressure wash the outside of the building. I had bought a new latern from Pottery Barn which was destroyed by the chemicals they used. It also left a mess on my doors. ETC ETC

I have been a resident in this building since August of 2023. I have been helped numerous times by Alyssa, Ramon, Tommy and Chris and I am thankful for the community they have built.

My family and I moved into this complex at the end of April. The maintenance crew here Tommy, Ramone and Chris are all outstanding. The managment team here is also exceptional. We are so blessed to live in such a beautiful area and have an extrodinary team taking care of our building. When you choose to move here, just know you've made an excellent choice.

I love this place it’s so community!!! Smells so good upon walking in also have a elevator and it on top of any concerns u have I highly recommend here

Beautiful apartments and the absolute BEST management! Alyssa in the office makes move in an easy task and helps everyone feel welcome! She’s always planning fun events for residents and constantly goes above and beyond the normal management expectations!! The Living spaces are very modern, not to mention Quiet! The common areas are relaxed and welcoming, there is also a dog park! It is also located in a perfect location that is walking distance to many restaurants and stores it’s truly the best spot!

Alyssa's a complete doll. Nothing to much for her smart and upbeat and a very humble young lady. . Makes it more a pleasure to stay there . And always wears a smile 😊😁😁. First class service .

Beautiful apartment with upgraded appliances and décor. Very nice building and great location. We have a workout room, community balconies on each floor, and an outdoor area with tables and chairs. The back of the building faces a green area with lots of trees. The management has been very responsive to concerns and problems. A few negatives are the elevator has broken down a few times which has been difficult with a handicapped family member, and there is no pool. Otherwise it has been a great place to live and I highly recommend it! 😊

It is a beautiful complex and a very convenient walk to downtown. They have an exercise room and provide coffee for their residents. They have been very attentive to our needs and I would highly recommend this place! AND they love my dogs!! BIG plus!!

we have lived here since last April we enjoy it they spoil us a little bit coffee everyday breakfast once in awhile BBQs walking distance to downtown. very quiet smoke free comfortable place to live that likes my doggies

An excellent choice for those looking for a calmer environment while commuting to work in Charlotte. Only about a 4 minute drive in the early morning to get on I-77 which is wonderful. On top of this, only a stone's throw from downtown Fort Mill, making for great walks. The manager, Megan, is very nice and accommodating. Spacious apartments with granite countertops, and I never hear a peep from the neighbors through my walls. Best apartments in Fort Mill!

We moved our things into the complex last week, and we are already enjoying the location. Also, not only is the building top class, but the assistance provided has been great. I highly recommend the Greens to anyone looking to move in Fort Mill.

Megan Osborne, the property manager, was soo sweet and helpful. As a local Realtor I often assist with rentals until clients are ready to purchase. Megan was very thorough and knowledgeable about the property and amenities. All the residents seemed to love her! Great community!
