NEW OWNERS!!! Grass looked terrible and they blamed it on the old management... Also had a important package sitting in the office for the past week// didnt know they didnt have the technology to email me they could at least reached out to me to let me know!!! I can only hope that these NEW owners maintain this community!! As of now Im not happy!!!!!
The first 16 months when the apartment complex was brand new were great, but the next 3 months have been dreadful. Malfunctioning heating/cooling units (loud ringing and banging), loud, continuous knocking noises coming from inside of the walls. This is "pipe knock" and is part of a much larger underlying issue. I have not been able to sleep in the Master bedroom in over 50 days. Maintenance drilled a large hole into the wall at the beginning of December 2017, sprayed foam around the pipes and tried to fix the problem but were unsuccessful. The office staff closed the case a week later despite my repeated complaints (the office manager suggested I buy ear plugs or a sound machine.) I had a hole in my wall for over a month. The units are malfunctioning all over the complex. These apartments are very expensive, so one would expect a higher level of equipment and customer service.
This place was an amazing home for 12 months... great location, extra clean grounds, very nice pools, great dog park, trash disposal worked well. Walking area is very pleasant. Grills for cook outs... best apartments in the area by far. Also, grounds manager Steve is very good at his job. Very quick, great service.
I've been here a month and very pleased with the facilities. My apt and surrounding area very very quiet and grounds kept spotless. Agree with another resident that the appliances are low quality. I refuse to use the dishwasher for its noise and length of time. Stove also cheap. Plenty of hot water for one resident. Keep in mind all complexes come with negatives but Brayden is mostly positive.
This complex is brand new, has fantastic management and is very responsive. The location is great, traffic not so much. It is well maintained and the residents seem to be respectful of others.
