Probably one of the most expensive apartments in Florence, but with fair reason. The location is pretty private, not a lot of traffic or excess people walking around the property. It's quiet aside from trains coming through and has nice views of wooded areas surrounding. The management is friendly and helpful. I've had minor maintenance issues, and moderate small bug issues. The amenities are good, dog park being very convenient. The pool is a nice size with a beautiful grill/lounge area.
Safe, Friendly, Conveinently Located, Well cared for.
Easily the best apartment community in Florence.
Would give 0 stars if I could. Where to even start... The Reserve at Mill Creek Florence South Carolina is one of the most overpriced apartments I've ever seen for what you get. Staff are very rude and unprofessional apartments are gross and walls are thin. Dishwashers are garbage they just swish around the food and grim on dishes. Forget the security gate they claim to have because it rarely works properly. Not to mention the laziness of the matiance who don't even bother to take off light covers or electrical plugs to paint. They spend more on the landscape then they do on the apartments themselves now I know where my 1,400 a month goes. Mold around bathtubs and doors. For the money paid you would expect to at least have a decent apartment. They even rent to some section 8 housing. Claiming to have pool passes but they are rarely checked and if they are the man who checks is a total jerk about it if you actually live there and don't have it. The staff just give out pool passes to people who don't even live there sorry but I'm not paying for people who don't even live here to swim here. For 1,400 a month highly disappointed. If you have a problem don't go to the blonde lady in the office she is one of the rudest people I've ever met. When you cross the street pay attention because people do about 40 though the parking lots when they claim to be yet again a "kid and pet friendly community" I've come close to being hit a few times and beeped and flipped off at as if I was in the wrong for crossing at THE CROSS WALK. Claim to be a pet friendly community but if you have a problem forget it. Vacuum at the car wash sucks and does not pick up any kind of dirt. People who live here are so inconsiderate of other people. Gym is small and a very uncomfortable environment. Stairs going up to the apartment are built poorly and are often broken. Swimming pool is never clean. Frat parties every weekend in the summer so forget going to the pool on you're time off. People don't cle
This is a safe and friendly community. Very quiet with almost sound-proof walls!
