Very Cordial and courteous office staff. Very helpful too.However, Maintenance orders and repairs take a long time.

The apartments are an older model compare to the pictures. Requested maintenance multiple times and the problems that were requested never got fix. The apartments are very spacious but they really need to be renovated.

Driving through the parking lot I could smell the stench of the dumpsters which where overflowing with refuse and not placed on the pads for which they where meant, but halfway into the drive! Someone had evidently been evicted because there was evidence of such all around the dumpsters (i.e., furniture, clothes, food, etc.). The grass was knee high and was the same way a week later. If the visible is that.bad, imagine how nasty the pools must be! I don't care if it were naught but $300/month, I wouldn't live there!

This is my first time moving away from my family. I like that it is one of the cheaper places, but it can be hard to get anyone to help you. I do not care for my apartment and the carpets always feel damp because my place gets no sun. I think your experience will depend on which apartment you get.
