I have thoroughly enjoyed being a resident in this community. Leslie, in the front office is the best leasing agent and office personnel I have had the privilege of meeting! She has the best attitude and customer service, always willing to answer any questions and knows the property very well!

I have lived at Charles Pointe for about 1 year now, and every expectation I had has not only been met, but exceeded. The condition of my apartment when I moved in was excellent. Any time I have needed something fixed, maintenance is either there the day I call or the following day to fix it. Communication between the managers and residents is always respectful and prompt. The pool here is fantastic. I highly recommend this apartment complex and would choose it again.

I moved to Charles Pointe Apts. from the midwest and I did not have time to visit ahead of time before I moved. The staff at Charles Pointe were extremely helpful and answered any and all questions I had before moving. They went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied, comfortable, and had everything I needed before moving. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the apartments are in great condition and clean, and I always feel safe.

I gave them this rating because I am very satisfied with this community. It is quiet and peaceful. It is kept up very well and has nice amenities.
