Legacy at Sandhill

I am a current resident and I am so pleased with our team we have now. I had problems with my air on Saturday. Sunny in maintenance came that afternoon to fix the problem. Very kind, caring and professional. I just love her. Then Monday morning she took it upon herself to come check and make sure everything was OK. Love this gated community! They definitely live up to their Luxury Home appeal. Very spacious, pet friendly, and the leasing office is so beautiful. The girls in the office are super nice and they have a lot of amenities to offer.

We have a maintanice person her name is Sonnie she has been out doing the men she works very hard to keep up with all the problems that arise she has the ability to fix anything that needs fixing and we love her work so professional clean and she deserves a raise thank you Sonnie for everything you do

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Legacy at Sandhill for a showing, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Shenerra warmly greeted me with a genuine smile and made me feel right at home. Her knowledge about the community and its amenities was truly impressive. Shenerra went above and beyond to ensure that I had all the information I needed. She patiently answered all of my questions and provided valuable insights into the various floor plans and features available. Her friendliness and professionalism made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by how well-maintained and inviting the community looked. The grounds were beautifully landscaped, and the common areas were impeccably clean. It was evident that the management team takes great pride in ensuring that residents have a comfortable and enjoyable living environment. Overall, my experience at Legacy at sandhill was outstanding, thanks in large part to Shenerra's informative and friendly demeanor. I reached out to set an appointment to come and look at an apartment to see if I would want to move here and heard nothing back from the staff.

I applied for an apartment and was given the biggest run around. The 2 women that I dealt with were very unprofessional. I called several times and each time I was told a different lie about the apartment I was interested in. After my credit was checking I was told I would be charged a large fee. If I qualify to buy a house then I know an apartment that I need for a few months would be no problem to manage.
