The staff at Wharf 7 are fantastic. They made our moving experience seamless, and during our first weekend as residents, we were welcomed at an Oktoberfest event down by the water and were able to meet plenty of neighbors! There is a real sense of community - and great walking trails nearby for dog owners!

One of the cleanest and most outstanding apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the kitchen appliances are absolutely perfect. On top of that, the staff is super helpful, and the other amenities in the clubhouse are beyond amazing. I just have a good feeling every time I walk around the entire campus, and I highly suggest it to anybody looking to move to the Charleston area. Being on Daniel Island is a huge bonus as well, considering you can pretty much get anywhere you need within 20 minutes or 5/6 exits, not to mention all the yummy food options around the island!

One of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived at. We feel very at home here already after only a month! My puppy loves it too- all of our neighbors are very friendly and all of the neighborhood puppys are too!

Wharf 7 is an amazing place to live. I just moved here and wanted a community that had everything in one place (gym, club house, pool, trash/recycle receptacles, etc.). That is exactly what I got here at Wharf 7 and for a very reasonable price considering I have a 2 bed/2 bath!
