The staff at Wharf 7 are fantastic. They made our moving experience seamless, and during our first weekend as residents, we were welcomed at an Oktoberfest event down by the water and were able to meet plenty of neighbors! There is a real sense of community - and great walking trails nearby for dog owners!
One of the cleanest and most outstanding apartment complexes I've ever lived in. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the kitchen appliances are absolutely perfect. On top of that, the staff is super helpful, and the other amenities in the clubhouse are beyond amazing. I just have a good feeling every time I walk around the entire campus, and I highly suggest it to anybody looking to move to the Charleston area. Being on Daniel Island is a huge bonus as well, considering you can pretty much get anywhere you need within 20 minutes or 5/6 exits, not to mention all the yummy food options around the island!
Great place to live! The management team are great and friendly group of people. All residents are real nice people and its a quiet place to live.
I couldn't have imagined a more PERFECT living situation! Nice spacious fitness area- gorgeous floor Plans, a beautiful pool, plenty of parking , great location , super nice neighbors- everything is just so on point here!
I love the location of this community. It is isolated from a lot of traffic and the city, however, it is walking distance from popular shops and restaurants and minutes from I-526. It is also only a 5 mile commute from North Charleston and Mt Pleasant for other shopping and utility needs. The amenities are also appealing. The pool, apartment setup, and immediate response to concerns all stood out to me.
