i really like the model because the rooms are very large, they have options for even larger rooms if you want to pay more. there is a basketball court, sand volleyball, pool, gym and outside games so it will be fun to invite friends

Worst place to live ever!! So many problems with management as they are rude and dont care about the residents. The roomates they pair you up with are terrible!! I went through two roomates that abused and neglected their cats, and management did absolutely nothing... They pretty much said we cant get into her room unless she has the keys , which I know dang well isnt true, because they have gone into my room without my keys or permission. The appliances are old and not taken care of at all. In my unit I had a couch that wreaked of cat pee and nothing was done. The apartment is full of mold and mildew, and have had respiratory problems due to that. The rooms are tiny for $646 a month for a standard. Before even thinking about this place, I would invest in property near Conway . You can get a house for $750-800 . This place isnt worth a penny. Im glad Im out of this place for good!

I think living here has been great and I would want to live anywhere else while I am currently in school. Nice staff and great apartment for a decent price. Really cant beat it.
