We toured here yesterday and we absolutely loved the community!

Units advertised are completely unavailable. The leasing agent did not care in the slightest about their completely false advertising. Attempted to upsell by $300 on a "renovated" (in reality they've replaced 10 year old flooring, and 10 year old appliances as required by law) there was an active fire on property at the time of viewing. Staff was as polite as someone trying to scam you could be. Property is in general dirty, flashing and roof needs to be replaced on the leasing office with clear water damage in their entry and missing dowels on the hand rail for the stairs. Pool needs major maintenence and generally looks to be in disrepair, the chlorine smell was prevalent in the office due to keeping their chemicals out in the open. Garbage everywhere in the road and on the sidewalk around the leasing office. A major waste of time for anyone that has literally any other options.

Bad plumbing that has displays mold, botched up work, unskillful maintenance starting with Matt. The property manager has a high turnover rate because T. Torress is rude, disliked, and has a sign on her desk boldly glorifying her behavior. The online pictures is an illusion.

if i can give 0 stars i would! this place is horrible i have been living here for 2 years and i hate it. first let me said this place has bad roaches everywhere roaches roaches roaches maintenance never fix anything i had so many complaints they never come fix anything always a lot of trash everywhere this place is disgusting and is going downhill please save your money and do not move here unsanitary conditions roach infested

I have been here for a while and it's so obvious that this place is going down hill. The staff are rude and unfriendly. One afternoon I and another tenant walked in the main office area to pay the rent and one staff member walked by us and out the door without saying hello or anything. We stood there a good 10 minuets waiting for help. There were people in the far office that saw us, but ignored us. Finally I went into the office and waved for someone to help us. Just awful. They are not keeping the landscape up. The yard crew just cuts the grass, and missing a lot of areas and leave. Don't weed, didn't blow the parking lot and sidewalks, and haven't trimmed the bushes all year! Looks terrible. One building has siding hanging off the side of the building and it's been like that for months. Gutters hanging and many clogged, in dire need of painting. Complained about the outside lights twice and nothing done. Maintenance are not friendly either. It has really changed and It's going to be a poor sight to see in the near future if things don't change.

Thank you to Tamara in the office. Although she didn't have to stay last night to wait until I arrived to pick up my packages she did. Was important that I retrieved them and appreciate the customer service! I've experienced this same service throughout my 5 years.
