Poor complex ... Not worth the money when I moved in a few months ago I was told the apartment was clean there was POOP in the toilet, the inside lining of the stove was burnt and wires coming out ROACHES galore every where. don't move here. The emergency line does not work. There is too much to write but this is just a sample of what's going on here. will not resign the lease.

Horrible renting experience! The unit was in really poor condition and everything was getting done last minute. We were not allowed to see the unit in person before submitting application and were promised a really nice revamped unit. When we finally were allowed to see the unit, it was in horrible condition. We declined the unit and asked their management to receive a refund on the admin fee and they agreed. They never refunded us. I followed up several times a week and they never replied and ignored my phone calls and voicemails. Obviously they lied. Stay away!!!. Bad management people and low class property!

It was nice saying here until new management took over. Seems like every month they come up with new fees to add to my rent
