They trespass individually in the home but wont kick out someone for having a cpn this place is trash and so is management this lady have. Whole cpn and they continue to keep her there when that is illegal smh dont go here

Iykyk One stop shop

I was surprised to find such close apartments to my job. The maintenance team is fantastic at handling any problems very promptly. They are real wizards. I would like to thank the Manager Jamie for her kindness and professionalism. The neighborhood is very quiet during the day and night. The elementary & middle school that Wellington Residential is zone for are awesome. My children love their schools. I'm glad that I chose here bc it's hard to find a Manager that truly cares about the residents and the property. 😍😍😍

I haven't been approved for my apartment yet however I would like you to know that the process was simple and fair. Jamie the Property manager is wonderful and extremely helpful and full of great ideas and lots of resources. My first impression was that this place is very clean. You can tell that they keep on it the insides of the units were also very clean. I feel like many other apartment communities could follow their example.

Ms. Jaime the mansger is fantastic, patient and she has the most beautiful spirit. She was the selling point for me. The space is everything plus more. All the shopping is 5 minutes away. Major highway is 5 minutes. Simply a blessing.

My partner and I were living up north near Philly and discovered Wellington Residential Villas online. We called and spoke to Jamie on the phone. She was so helpful and even did virtual tours. Every question we asked she had an answer. When we arrived Jamie welcomed us to our new home. I couldn't ask for a better property manager. Our home is beautiful, dog friendly, and friendly neighbor's. Other places we called sounded like we were bothering them on the phone. Not Jamie, she welcomed you, and thanks to her we are here and i would recommend it to my family and friend's that are looking for a place to live. .

Jasmine is soooo sweet and amazing. She was very helpful, encouraging and understanding of my situation. This world need more JASMINEs. This company struck gold when they hired her. I'm bragging about her because I don't come into contact with awesome people anymore. People who understands,Will understand when your life does a 360 and you are a resident at that property. They just don't kick you out. They work with you. That's the type of heart that I know Jasmine has.
