Disappointing doesn't begin to describe it...you'd think at these rental rates you'd be getting either safety or class, but you'll get neither. Garbage problems greet you as you drive in, often becoming a disgusting mountain in the chronically broken dumpster. When I moved out I was turned over to collections despite having automatically paid rent and utilities, being told no balance was due, and that they would provide a letter to that effect. Vantage is bigger than the nice people you'll meet at the property. Horrible, stinky and they'll ruin your credit to boot. Stay away.
This place is horrible! Beautiful area but the management is non existent, maintance ? Forget about it they will take months before getting to your apartment. The management staff is rude you can never call up there because they intentionally do not answer the phone. And Hope their manager is never there how can you manage a property but never come to work ?oh yeah and FYI This "Starbucks cafe" is literally a fancy coffee maker it's no cafe. The place has potential but msmagemt needs to be changed again.
Very disappointed. The staff was incompetent and the manager was rude and condascending. I made countless phonecalls to the office throghout the morning til close and have yet after four weeks had a staff member pick up . Try for youself!! When I got my key I was anxious and optimistically walked I unit only to be extremely dissatisfied. First off there were velcro paint from previous renter all over the vinyl floors and the paint job was horrible and thats an understatement. I bought this to the staffs attention only to be given the run around. It took two weeks after move in for some of my issues to be resolved and I could not move my belongings in until afterwards. The paint job is still horrible with lumps, bumps, and discoloration all throughout. The toilet in guest bedroom still does not work three weeks after move in and it causes quite a disturbance when having to wake up your roommate in the middle of the night to use the restroom and it is very embarrassing if you need to go #2. I am so regretful of the decision to move in as there has been issues since day one that persist. If you are looking for a place that values customer service and respects their tenants...this is not the place.
I would not recommended anyone live here. My original meeting with the staff stated that in would receive a sunroom which was o e of the main reason I wanted to move here. The day I came to sign my lease and move in the apartment did not have a sun room and it was filthy!!! They found me another apartment that was ready to move in but still no sun room. Then during my first two weeks of living there I saw a mouse!! They where very fast about getting pest control out that same day. I was told that I have to request pest control every Monday if I wanted them to spray my apartment because they won't come if I don't ask. I then rented a garage for $50 a month, but they tried to charge me $100 multiple times. The garage the broke and I was unable to get in, it took over 3 weeks to get the remote back. I have lived here for 9 months and still have not received a copy of my lease. We finally just stopped asking. They advertised free cable but they charge $30 a month and it doesn't work. Work orders take forever. I was excited about getting new grass next to my apartment for my son to play in, but a new employee moved in and drove his uhaul truck over the new grass ruining it, and when I addressed him he stated it was OK because he worked here and would make sure new grass was put down and it hasn't been. The front gate was broken for awhile. And no one answers the phone whenever I call. On the bright side I do like the 24 hour package pick up system.
Great place! Management has recently made a lot of improvements to the complex. I love the new Starbucks coffee bar in the office and the pool area is beautiful. The staff is helpful and friendly.
