Here is the real situation with th Town Center at Lake Carolina. I have read a ton of reviews and they run the range of 'terrible' to 'excellent' the truth really lies in between. I will say this: - The Management is trying, they also have had a number of turnovers over the last several months. this makes addressing standard issues, keys, etc, pretty tricky. For examplei have been here a couple months and still do not have a mail key (not optimal). - The maintenance dudes are good and friendly and very much understaffed. Brian and the folks he has working with him have to cover the entire place and just are not manned or supported to get it done as quickly as they need to every time. If there is an emergency they are on site quickly. Definitley need more maintenance. NOW FOR THE MAIN POINT. The reason this place really gets low ratings is that a number of tenants that live there simply dont respect the property or the environment thye live in. The issue isnt always that trash isnt picked up it is that people that really have no clue how to responsible tenants simply litter everywhere, break glass in stairwells, through food in stair wells, spit on walls, etc. It is actually really annoying to have to pay to live around people that just wreck what would be a decent apartmnent complex with their trashy behaviour and inability to 'adult' well. Good Tenants need to start taking things into their own hands to ensure the community improves and maintains standards. The issues people report generally stem from bad tenants with no manners or respect, literring, etc. AGAIN - I can fault the frustration, but these issues for htemost part lie with trashy tenants, not bad management, or maintenance crews. Pick up your litter, keep you area clean, and make the Town Center a better place to live. It really isnt hard.

We are paying for luxury living and these apartments could be the further from it. Please beware they will get you in a lease not telling you none of their ammendies work. Elevator has been down for over 2 weeks with no fix on site. 9 months of living in these apartments and they havent fixed any ammendies non do have secured living as thr state. Doors have been broken since we moved in.

DONOT MOVE HERE. Grills don't work, fire pits don't work, No AC in gym since I've been here in April, car care center broken, security doors broken, no video intercom, media room closes and 5pm and is closed on weekends, garbage all over, dogs poop outside and no one picks it up, hallway dirty, dog urine in stairwell and the Odor is horrible, dog barks below me non stop at all hours, you can report to management all you want. NOTHING IS DONE. Fees for water sewer and garbage are ridiculous and go up every month. Sewer 49.73, water 20.56 trash 46.34 oh and a service fee of 5.25 a month, pest control $5 Waiting for my lease to be up. Filthy and embarrassing to live here.

Horrible experience. Manger Megan approved my application then decided to take it back because my stubs didnt look good enough by the time she did this it was 9 days left to move in. I had renters picked out, mover help, lights turned on and she simply couldnt care less if I was on the street due to HER mislooking. SHE IS A HORRIBLE MANAGER PERIOD! I hope someone new is up to replace her SOON!
