Im Relocating from AL.Was in Sc visiting my mom.I saw them online.They was my 1st stop.(Everything was great) I self and came back from checking other places. Waa ready to put 3 to 6 months rent in advance. Which I completely explained to "Gary" I was told to fill out app,give copy of stub and a 48 hr screening.Ill know something....To have the apartment on lock for June 1st. It's been over a week. I've called and haven't heard anything. Funny,I call the number.(service problem) I call from a random phone.(It goes straight through) When call goes threw. I'm on hold or "he'll call you" Smh

If I could give it 0 stars I would. Worst maintenance team ever. My apartment currently has black mold in it from their leaking air conditioning units. I have brought this to their attention and they have failed to fix anything.

Was taken on a tour of the apartments. The rooms are large, the bathroom is full size and huge closet all in your bedroom. The living room, dining room, kitchen and half restroom on the common floor is large an theres lots of room. I havent move on yet but I pray I get 3 great roommates. Viola was the young lady that help me an she was great. There is also policemen that lives here and security cameras.

I am currently living here and am made to feel like less of a person because it. I moved into a place that was dirty with a lot of problems. When I go into the office to report it I am talked down to and it is my fault that I am not happy with the services here. Don't complain about the services because management will deem it your fault. I have to communicate by email because I am not wanted in the office. I'm a college student trying to make my way and no matter what I deserve to be respected. I am a person and my living conditions are not my fault as management wants me to believe.

I would not recommend living here. The fact is the security sucks , they not doing their job, because they have people coming in trashing the property and they charge the students for it. staff talk to you any kind of way when you try to talk to them about the situation. Every time you look around they going up on the price and always trying to find a way to charge you more. I only rate one star if I could I would rate a zero.
