The staff, the location, the apartment, and the overall environment is excellent!! Would definitely recommend this property to friends or family.
It's a great property with many nice stores and restaurants. The management staff is very responsive to requests and questions. The security on the property is very good; on foot and driving around, also easy to contact by telephone. I love the fact that access to individual units is very limited and the camera in each unit, provides a safe means of screening visitors.

Great area but provides NO recreational ammenities. Ex: Dog walking/play area, walking/running trails, grill or picnic area, vollyball, basket ball or tennis/racket ball court area and no pool, hot tub or club house available OR discounted partnership opportunity
Residence should have priority areas when events take place in community ex: Fireworks and community concerts
No resident community meetings or activities and building entrance Awnings ALL need to be replaced
Rarely hear neighbors, etc. Apartment is like it's own oasis.
