I enjoyed the pool area, lounge area, and the fact that we had access to both gas and charcoal grills and all utensils. The common areas were always well maintained-you can tell that maintenance truly cares at the P.O.M. I also utilize the Keurig Machine in the lobby everyday to grab a quick cup of coffee on my way to work. The candy bowl is always full! I think the best thing about P.O.M. is the PERFECT location close to the Vista, downtown Farmer's Market, USC, and nightlife.

Safety, cleanliness, upkeep of amenities, and location were all important factors I considered before moving in. All have been met quite well by the the Palms on Main.

Terribly managed...... Do not move in here. On the weekends there is no-one and the front desk and if you need something important, you better be willing to wait until Monday.

Hi there! We sincerely apologize if you ever felt you had to wait until Monday for something important! We do not maintain regular business hours on the weekends, but always have someone on call 24/7 for any important issue or emergency. This contact info is always posted at the desk, in the resident portal, and on our website. We also employ a 24/7 answering service, so you can get a live person to help on the phone at any time. We're also always happy to make weekend appointments!


not only is this place loud and overpriced. homeless vagrants frequent the area. there is a rat infestion in the lobby, and no one is ever in the front desk.

We hope that any of our residents who experience a noise issue or see an unwelcome pest in our lobby will immediately report it! We invite our residents to take advantage of 24/7 on-call services at any time. To this day, no one has reported a rat. As in any downtown area, you may see a homeless person in the area on occasion but we have a great relationship with local police who regularly patrol our property to prevent trespassing. Our controlled building access helps prevent unwanted guests.


This place is poorly managed. Many times there is no one up front at the leasing desk and no way to get help or questions answered. The website says chef inspired kitchen, not hardly, there is no garbage disposal, and the units still have HOTEL ac/heat.
Stained concrete floors? It appears they just removed the old carpet and left the floor as it was. I would not recommend this place.

Hi there! Our front office is staffed Mon-Fri from 9am-6pm, and if you need help outside these hours we invite you to take advantage of our 24/7 on-call system. Contact information for this is located at the front desk, in your resident portal and on the website. Your call is always answered by a live person! The building structure does make PTAC heat/ac units the best choice, and many residents enjoy a significant energy savings from this.
