The Legends at Lake Murray

Just moved in and got some amazing deals for such a great apartment home. I love my townhouse. It's quiet, spacious, and comfortable. Highly recommend.

I have been here for a year now and love it. The amenities are awesome, the staff is friendly and my townhome is gorgeous.

Not a nice place to live for the cost. Pest control issues, maintenance issues.garbage consistently overflowed from dumpsters. People sleep in gym and business center when it was open. It felt unsafe. We moved from out of state and were told the apartment would be ready once we arrived we were delayed a month and still the place was not prepared as promised. Then we were made to feel like the issues were cosmetic. The stove handle came off while we were using the oven and when we reported it were told use the microwave they will get to it in the next day or so. Loitering around our residence by loud neighbors which had to be reported to the office staff for over two months before the issue was taken seriously. Extremely overjoyed to no longet reside there. STAY AWAY! Look for better place to live.

I am currently in the search for a new home in the Columbia area, and last on my list to visit was the Legends at Lake Murray. Honestly, I wish it was my first stop because I would have been able to stop my search! The ladies in the office are fantastic. I was really nervous about living on my own for the first time, but they made me feel so comfortable and re-assured me that they were there to help. I fell in love with the townhome, its so large and I have everything I could possibly need. Not to mention, I got a great deal! I am going to recommend that anyone I know looking for a new home goes and sees Lauren and the other ladies at the Legends! Cant wait to move in!!!

Moved in about a week ago and love my new home! Staff was super friendly and made the process super easy for me being from out of state. Love how quiet the community is too.

***BEWARE DO NOT MOVE HERE**** I moved Sept 2017, the model was very nice. When I was assigned my townhouse #708 I was in complete shock. There were rat droppings everywhere. The roaches completely took over the apartment, I had to swing the door open and look around to avoid a roach from jumping on my head, a complete nightmare. I called numerous times for pest control, it became a weekly occurrence. One morning I woke up, my daughter was surrounded by thousands of ants!!!! ( Looked like something from a horror movie) The ants then migrated from room to room. My neighbors complained of the same issue. The final straw was rats!!!!!! The only resolution the office gave me was to move out on Feb 8th, but they made me pay the full month of rent which is completely unfair!! They said they will waive the moving early fee and the last few months of rent. If you guys didn't put me in a jungle I wouldn't have to move early. The office still refuse to credit my February rent. I ask for the owners numbers and they refuse to provide!! RUN FAR AWAY FROM THESE APARTMENTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE WITH ROACHES, RATS, AND MICE!!!!!
