I had 2 incidences of a strange man coming up to my apartment and performing an indecent act in front of me. I complained to the Leasing Office and also called the police and filed a police report. I tried to break my lease after the 2nd incident, but was refused by the Leasing Office and Property Manager. Not only did they say I had to provide a 2 month notice and 2 additional month's rent ( a $3,000.00 total), but they even suggested I was lying about what had happened!
The apartments are horrible, the girls in the front office are rude and maintenance is terrible. Nothing gets fixed, things are always breaking and rent continues to go up. I will not renew my lease and I will be glad when I move to a better place.
This place is nothing like you see in these pictures unless they have one model apartment they use for the ad, this is so misleading, the apartment we in is disgusting, the carpet is filthy, the kitchen sink has been painted over and you cant even clean it without the paint peeling, the front door to the apartment is jammed. Not worth the amount of rent being charged for one bedroom. Neighbors in some parts of the complex ghetto.
Rent always goes up, but there always continuously problems with the apartment.. I'm not happy living here. The maintenance crew slack at their job. The have bad Pest problem here.. like bugs, and mouse, ECT ect.... I dnt look follow to renewing my lease. I can find better for what I'm paying now and it's not worth living in an apartment with problems after problems..
The rent keep going up and nothing gets fixed on time and I have mold in my apartment
