I'm very dissatisfied with the management of this apartment. there has been problem with this heating system in my apartment since I moved in 2019 and still having heating problems. management is never in the office during working hours. something needs to be done immediately. to accommodate the resident of Tanglewood. also need new appliances also, everything out dated., also can see thru side of door from within the house., therefore causing what little heat to out of door cracks. need better and deserves better.

The reason why I don't recommend living here, is because the landlord is very nasty and she's not proffessinal with the residents that stays out here The arptments needs to be updated with new appliances, new bathrooms, ceiling fans , flooring. The arptments are old and out dated. I've been staying in my arptment since 2008, and the rent continue to rise without any up grade in the arptments. My bathroom and kitchen are the same since they were build back in 1972. It's not fair that we pay for out dated appliances and out dated bathrooms.
