The entire staff is pleasant! From the manager to the assistant to the maintenance guys, they all are eager to please and want the residents to be satisfied. All of my calls are returned and requests are completed in a timely manner! Apartment 321 lappreciates them totally!

The Staff is very helpful and respond quickly to requests for service. They always make me feel welcome when I stop by the office, to drop off rent checks or collect packages. The offer opportunities for the residents to get together, be it over coffee or hot dogs. The go above and beyond to make it feel like home and to show that they appreciate the fact that I chose to live at Stone Ridge.

I like maybe come to Columbia AC to get apartment with in couple months

Let me tell you how unprofessional and lazy the workers are. They accused me of purposely breaking things around my house like everything isnt old and raggedy. They have duct tape holding my ceiling fan up. I guess I did that too. Being accused of purposely overflowing my toilet did it for me. I broke my lease !

They provided no assistance other than water suction after the upstairs apartment water heater collapsed my ceiling and flooded my apartment with 40 gallons of water. I was told that this occurs regularly at stoneridge and that the renters liability I paid for doesn't cover the water damage to my property. The manager was condescending and not helpful.

Havent had hot water since I moved in here!! They put in 3 work orders and still havent contact me back, emailed me back or anything... Im paying rent for some where I cant even take a shower at? I would absolutely never recommend this place... and I refuse to pay them rent until they send someone out... this place is a complete rip off! Do not waste your time or money! They were so nice before I moved in... no its the worst choice Ive ever made and its been so stressful not even being able to shower eat home... Ive had to drive 30 mins away to relatives just to be able for my daughter and myself to shower... all my rent will go into escrow before they get a dime of my money!!! I warn anyone do not move in.

The apartments worked perfect for my first place after college. Jennifer in the office is an incredible lady to work with who is extremely empathetic to any issue you might have and immediately gets anything you need. Made my move very easy!

I love my new place. Very quiet and spacious. The administrative department made it a very convenient experience for me and my family. I found on my credit that I was charged $31,000 for an apartment fire that I didn't do. I can't believe that lady say I burned down my own place. Smh

The Stoneridge Team are exceptional. I've been residing here for 19 years and this is the best management front office Team ever. I meam ever!!! Every question that I have or concern that I have gets an answer. I'm never overlooked or ignored. I'm always greeted with a warm smile which makes me feel like family. The maintenance team are iconic and efficient as well. I love my Stoneridge Family. What would I do without Leah. She is phenomenal... I'm never moving!!
