    The managers are extremely nice. I have been here for about 4 months and I can honestly say I have never met nicer and more concerned people in my life. They recently held a Thanksgiving dinner for the residence that way we could get to know more people around us and they also hold one around Christmas as well. If you have a problem with anything in your apartment they make sure if is fixed within the week.

    No washer dryer hook up, for me a major issue! No linen, coat or storage closets. The counter is too low and outdated.They charge for everything, $25 for a printed version of your lease! Some walkways have flooding issues! NOT a lot of amenities, the tiny pool has been closed ALL summer. The workout tiny room has only two (2) exercise equipment. A lot of special needs individuals live here. The carpet is old and should be removed!

    AMAZING Staff! Paula is extremely helpful and made our move in process very easy! She answered all of our questions and helped us so much more than some other properties in the area. The grounds are very clean and they REALLY make you feel like you are family!

    Worst ever. Late fees are ridiculous. 15.00 a day after the 5th plus 85.00 late fee. 200 eviction fee too.
