I just moved in and love my new apartment. It is very open with vaulted ceilings and has nice hardwood floors and white cabinets. I have enjoyed the office people, Linda and robin helped me through the moving in process, which I was very nervous about so it made things easier. I'm happy I chose them to call home.
This is a beautiful property, and I love the pool and new playground. I have a townhome and absolutely love how large it is. I wish it had some of the new upgrades but I moved in before they started offering hardwood floors and new appliances. When I renew I will transfer to a upgraded unit or have my renovated.
I was given the run around until I was told I was denied for the apartment due to denial from a sister property.
The staff was nice and very helpful, made me feel right at home. At first I thought their pricing seemed high although walking the property and having them tell me about all of the new things they are doing to the pool, clubhouse and especially the upgraded apartments I think this will be my new home.
I can't wait for my lease to be up. Never really had a problem but after a year and a half my saw a bed bug in my place. Never had I seen any until after maintenance was coming in and out supposedly fixing a leak downstairs. i called and talk to the rent office about it and she said $300. I'm trying to figure out if I pay for pest control each month and can't be the cause of these bugs why do I have o pay. The apartment has so many openings in the walls that they could actually be anywhere. I'm go tough it out by being here as less as possible but don't move here.
