    I love the place! I have lived here for 6 months now and I am impressed because the apartments are roomy, beautiful and well kept. The managers keep the grounds looking neat and clean and are always making sure hedges and lawns are maintained regularly. The staff are friendly, respectful and courteous. Its a quiet neighborhood and if there is an issue, management does not ignore but addresses it right away. I recommend this place. I am sure youll love it.

    We were supposed to see the property this past Saturday but upon arrival, the lady that was at the property told us that she had no recognition of anybody coming for a scheduled viewing and would not lett us see anything nor tell us anything about Quail Run. If we did not have an appointment, why would we be there? When I spoke to someone easrlier that week, they told me that there would be 1 person there who could help us. We are currently living in a place that we can no longer afford and are in need of something asap. When we left the property that Saturday, I was hurt and very discouraged and felt like giving up as far as a place to live for me, my husband and our 8 year old.PLEASE HELP US

    I love it I'm looking forward to staying here. It's beautiful, quiet, and seen too be a good place for family's. I'm excited

    Do Not go off Online Pictures (Deceiving) Not in best area of town. Older buildings, maintenance does patch work, apt wasnt cleaned, bugs even with pest control (water bugs, fat short worm looking bugs, small worms), cant see apartment until after lease is signed. No tennis court, laundry room not open. New carpet, New flooring and tubs. Reported Smelled like water damage under sink maintenance sprayed so it wont mildew and thats it. Buildings need updating/painting and more. If you can deal with this its a great size apartment.
