The apartment complex is beautiful, especially the community building. I get to take full advantage of the study rooms when exam time comes around.
Absolutely do not live here. My ceiling leaked multiple times and got all over my clothes and shoes in my closet and our couch in the living room. It never seemed urgent for them to fix and it continued to happen. Our AC went out constantly and we had an insane spider issue. There is horrible communication with management - they went through 3 (maybe 4) managers within months and never answered their phone. There are MULTIPLE other apartments in Columbia that are more spacious AND CHEAPER with nicer amminities. LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE
If you want a great apartment that is conveniently located to downtown Columbia then look no future. Just be warned that the front office is never staffed and they don't return calls.
The only thing I don't like about Pulaski Square is the maintenance - or lack thereof. It took forever to get things fixed when we first moved in as a new construction. Then throughout the year, there was no maintenance on hand, so things took a while to get fixed or in some cases, never got addressed. Otherwise, I loved it here.
Location is great although the immediate neighborhood isn't very appealing. I value that the apartment is equipped with appliances and some other kitchen/bathroom essentials but the plumbing and other home improvement work could have been done in a better, more professional, way, it seems a bit sloppy . Small front gardens with flowers are nice.
