Where do i begin , horrible horrible management they dont care about you at all, if you need anything fix you might as well fix it yourself they only care about the housing residence, so please have your voucher!! Hopefully you on section 8 if jot they wont care at all . Dont waste your money ,

If I could give this place one start I would they DO NOT care about thier residents safety and a select few people that live out there a trouble makers dont do it ESPECIALLY if you have kids . Now if you dont care about your living conditions this is the place for you . I HATE IT

Never heard back from the property.

I wish I could leave 0 stars for this complex! The worse experience I've had renting since moving to Columbia. The staff changes so much that you don't know who's who from day to day. We've submitted SEVERAL work orders within the past year & none of them have been properly completed. When you call the office to speak to management they're either "not there", "in a meeting" or you don't get an answer at all. Don't recommend AT ALL!

Where should I start. I thought Ms. Christie was the problem but I now see its the management company. My wife went in the office to learn there a new manager. What was wrong with the previous one? The property doesnt even look the same. She at least cared. Management changes so much meaning there is several different people seeing your personal information. My wife and I are moving and so are our neighbors. The strategic companies are incapable of managing this complex and whoever own this place is foolish to allow them to. Do not move here!

I believe that you need to do better when it comes to exterminating the apartments. Also there are times when maintenance request arent done in a timely manner. We had a toilet issue (toilets would not flush) on a Sunday afternoon called the emergency number and you sent maintenance Monday after 12pm, almost 24 hours later!! What is the purpose of having an emergency number if dont respond to the emergency!
