Great prices. Place looks wonderful
Definitely over priced!!! I have work orders since May of this year... My bathroom sink is leaking, my kitchen sink is leaking, I have buckets under both sinks. My toilet is now leaking... every time I call ...I get ( Ok I am going to let them know)... The appliances are old as dirt.... a white refrigerator that has had patched work done on it since I have lived here. A old old old dishwasher that I can't use. A old old old stove that gets so hot you get burned by touching it and the oven door is broken since I moved here in 2016.. which was never repaired. Bed bugs and roaches live here too. They take advantage of people with not so good credit...The carpet was not cleaned when I moved in.... I was told they would clean it but the lady that told me that is long gone!!! The health department needs to be called!!! Stray cats all over the place to include rats running through the lots. If your rent is one day late they charge you $75.00 the next day....but take forever to do repairs!!! If you don't have to live here then don't!!!!!!
Maintenance isn't the greatest but office staff are very nice
These apartments are highly overpriced, they raise the rent yearly but make no upgrades of any sort. They have new management every year I've been here. It's take 3 or 4 calls for them respond to a maintenance request. So glad I'm purchasing a home of my own so I can leave this place. They get one star because they one lady in the front that is pretty nice.
