    There is trash everywhere. My a/c goes out every week. The manager Ashley is very rude. Its supposed to be a gated community but the gate never works allowing any and everybody to have access. The prices they charge are extremely high for what they offer. I wouldnt recommend anyone to stay or waste their time and money. Wish they had negative stars to give.

    Apartments are full of mold from busted pipes. It is not better since south wood took over. Maintenance is rude, office manager is rude. No amenities work, gate doesn't work.

    My upstairs neighbors pipes burst causing water to flood my entire bathroom, laundry room, and flooded my electrical box. I went to the front office and the manager on site told me " you should have had renters insurance". The manager is rude, unapologetic, unprofessional and showed no sympathy. I have contacted numerous agencies to file a complaint against greenbriar and southwood realty. And the responses the management gives on this site is not the honest truth. They dont try to help. This place is terrible

    This property has been nothing shy of HORRIBLE!! Mildew, Leaks, the water heater doesnt stay hot at all, the cabinets are from the 60s (Maybe even before that) RUDE MANAGEMENT. South wood realty head office is TERRIBLE!!! I wish this site allowed pictures to be uploaded. You send out requests to have work done, you get the We only once two maintanece men and your issue will be resolved we have multiple requests. THE CABINETS ARE ATE UP AND FALLING APART, the tubs are leaking and YELLOW!, THE PIPES ARE RUSTY!!! The dishwashers comes off track!!! The piping in the kitchen is so horrible! The sink gets clogged and they try and charge $25 because of an ERROR on there end. THIS PLACE IS OVERALL A BAD DECISION!!! The new management is JUST AS TERRIBLE AND RUDEEEE AND UNWILLING TO ASSIST WITH ANY ISSUE!!! Stay away from this property. Unless your in one of the newer modeled apartments. You might have less issues
