Every time I try to call them they never answer the phone and I left plenty of voicemails and they never returned my calls.

The apartments in and n of them-self are very nice and roomy. The problem comes in when you need to request service from maintenance or pest control. I always have to make my request two to four times before it is completed, Office staff can be rude and abrupt.

Been living here 2 years and I'm still waiting on some of my issues to be fixed. Dish washer is brown on the inside, tub leaks, mold in the ceiling and can't no one in the office tell me what my rent is. This place is horrible. Can't wait to move out of the dump.

Been living here with my young family. The 3 bdrms apartments are spacious with large closets, pantries, and lots of kitchen storage. There's also outdoor storage, private patio/balconies to enjoy as well. The staff is friendly, and works well with residents to help them get adequate solutions to their maintenance and living conditions. There are several nice amenities (pool+ gym+ grilling spaces to name a few) to utilize and the property has undergone several renovations & upgrades to keep the complex environment beautiful and safer for residents. The location is almost in the back door to shopping, dining, & recreational experiences of Harbison Blvd/Columbiana & Seven Oaks/Saluda Schoals Parks! It is also located within the highly desired Lexington-Richland 5 school district, of which my children have been excelling. Come check it out!

The property manager are not professional at all.she do not due things by proceders.she told me she wouldn't give me a letter to get help with my rent.she told me that she will not accep no agency funds and hung the phone up on me was very disrespectful to my daughter in front of other residents and maintenance man. Because she was having a bad day.i will Like to speak to the owners are her manager.i spoke to a couple of lawyers and i will be gone to the press .theirs other things that was done also.truly mrs watson
