    I love the environment its quiet. Unfortunately, when I moved in, theres so many things needs to be fixed and they takes forever to get them done.

    I loved the apt that I looked at, it us syill being renovated. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and new appliances. I am a potential resident. I hope I can get into one of the apts.

    The apartment was in pretty rough shape when I moved in. Damage everywhere, as well as off-white paint... ON EVERYTHING! Switches, covers, outlets, cupboard handles, the carpet... everything was just covered in paint, including the bath tub! I've used the shower; but, in a whole year I've never taken a bath because... well... eww. The dishwasher was older than I am and never worked. Someone kept trying to fix it but it never worked. It took me six months to get a functioning dishwasher.
