Overall it's okay, I've only had a couple of complaints which were issues with the neighbors leaving trash outside the apartment door instead of walking it to the dumpster and the fact that I have to request for past control to come spray often. Not the best place or the worst place to live, but I guess you get what you pay for since it's on the cheaper side of the rental range for the apartment size. Generally speaking it's decent and not too noisy, but there were a couple of nights things got out if hand with some individuals who were visiting and disturbing the peace. If I were in a better financial situation, I'd definitely consider relocating, but for now it'll just have to do.

Environment looks filthy,property very old and not well maintained like other Power Properties.
The day of move in the apartment was not ready. The guys came to clean the carpet. So the living room, dining room, and second bedroom carpet was wet. I moved in on a Friday went to Walmart for cleaning supplies and returned that night and the apartment was ROACH Infested .. Management was closed and the only thing they could do was put me on the list so pest control to spray on the following Thursday. The pool is next to the dumpsters. The dumpsters have trash all around them because tenants throw their trash on the ground around it instead of in it. The apartment is old. The appliances were new but the sinks and tubs had years of wear and tear. The apartment was spacious. Maintenance was pretty fast. The area is quiet minus the occasional car music. I felt safe in the neighborhood.
