This place honestly deserves 0 stars. The management is way too bad for this apartment to have so many problems. The two best things about the apartment are location and price. I ended up paying about 200 more each month because of fees and extra months charged by the only person who works there. The location is unbeatable but for me, that honestly wasnt worth it. Bad parking, roach problem, rude/ incompetent staff, no heating, and decent wifi when it works- which is not often. Overall, this place should be torn down and have a new apartment put in its place just because of the unbeatable location.
I have lived here for 2 years now and you cant beat the location or price! This is an awesome place to live with great new management. Highly recommend to any student looking for affordable living!
I know people who live there and they say that it is a good place to live.
The apartments are old and heavily over-painted - crumbling. The elevators are old and break down periodically, but at least one at a time - knock on wood. Sometimes it's hard to get your packages out of the mail room especially during the day. Parking is crazy, but it's pretty much like that everywhere downtown. The laundry room is a rip off. However I do like to live there.
ENTIRE staff is friendly, always have time for you and your concerns and give complete and honest answers in timely manner. Views of the city I believe are better than any other high rise in Columbia. The Capital, Football Statium,Koger Center(think not on that side)Wow; Location! Almost everything this town has to offer is in walking distance. Beautiful building, especially like extra security with bottom doors also locked. Could use little work on slow elevators sense very depended on.
Cornell Arms is the premier downtown 18-story, high-rise building with very affordable rents, all utilities and cable included. We are located across the street from USC and the State Capitol building. Cornell Arms is located in a magnificent neighborhood with places to worship, theaters, art museum, State library, Koger Center of Performing Arts, Colonial Center and more. On-site amenities include four restaurants and beauty shop with tanning salon.
