    For almost a century, 2003 Greene Street has been home to quality institutions bringing value, presence, and service to Columbia's village neighborhood. Opening its doors in 1928, Claussen's Bakery built a prominent business baking breads and goods and shipping them to towns across the region. The building was a proud achievement for both its pioneers and Columbia. Its breadth of accomplishment across commerce, industry, and architecture brought it prominent status on the National Register of Historic Places in 1987. Since that time, the building converted to a locally-owned inn, featuring many of the original features of historic bakery, welcoming visitors to Columbia to a snapshot of history in one of our most iconic districts. All Applicants must be at least 21 years of age at time of application.

      Claussen's is an awesome place to live! I've lived her for several months and have zero complaints. The community manager is extremely nice and helpful, the location is amazing, and the whole building is so unique and polished. Touring, signing, paying rent, and everything in between is super easy as well. I could go on and on. I highly recommend living here.

      Absolutely wonderful place to live. Excellent service and location. The building is very calm and quiet with beautiful rooms, accented kitchens, and amenities. I can't express how lovely it is here. Even if there happens to be an issue there is a dedicated portal to submit maintenance requests and pay rent. The community manager is very professional and kind. highly recommend
