Bent Tree is surrounded by new office parks accessed from the I-26 north-south corridor and includes a new well-appointed clubhouse with a coffee bar, fitness center, business center, and large management offices. The entire pool area and sun deck have been improved with architectural hardscape. High quality tennis courts with hard-tru surfaces round out the amenities which make the property competitive with newer properties.
Please call for lease terms and pet policy.
The staff is willing to do whatever they can to make my living experience comfortable, nice and enjoyable.
I would not recommend this to anyone. Water is running through the walls and dripping through the ceiling of the building, and the Maintenance Supervisor's solution was to let the water dry and then repaint. This is the same Supervisor that admitted to leaving the water running upstairs to cause the flooding. This water has been collecting for 2 days and has only spread through the ceiling. Fungus or bacteria needs no time to collect in this water, and surely will. They should fix the structure of this building before moving any new tenants in, but they only plan to cover it up until the next tenants move in and realize the damage is not done.
Limited parking for buildings around 1006, limited lighting around complex entrance, maintence request are slow when an outside vendor/contractor is needed
the entire office staff from maintenance to managers have always been professional and prompt with any request. If I could change anything , I would try to make the hallways cleaner.I have noticed that it is really not maintenance issue but the residents are not taking care of the property
There should be two ways in and out ALL the time. The gate is locked on the other entrance. We had a problem where the power lines fell down by the main entrance and the residents couldn't get in or out for a while. I feel that this was an inconvenience. Please open the gate. Crossroads has three ways to get in and out. Thank you.
