I have lived there almost a year and a half. Absolutely no issues at all and always very friendly and helpful when needed.
The complex as well maintained. The staff is always courteous and helpful. I've a resident for 3 years and I am well satisfied .
Kiss your deposit goodbye - they will find any little speck of dirt to charge you $30 to clean your refrigerator, they always keep the $65 for carpet cleaning out of the deposit - and won't ask for your mailbox key so you have to pay another $25 after you move out of state.
I lived in these apartments for only 8 months. Bottom levels had cockroaches, top floors had spiders. I mean infestations, not normal appearances. The community trash bins are years old and stink up the entire parking lot. Not only were they ALL unclean and infested with termites (one night we found over 30 crawling from our ceiling and walls); everything was unkept and the "maintenance" that they do is just an excuse to enter your apartment unannounced. They'll knock once then just let themselves in. One time they decided to change the locks on our apartment without notifying us and we weren't Locked out until they were able to bring a key. This place is ridiculous. The walls and doors literally fall apart and when you try to complain they said they won't do anything and List complaints they have against YOU! It makes no sense and they're only concerned about their money. They put NOTHING into the place then raise rent. Don't be stupid, choose a different complex please. The ladies in the office are rude and will give you an attitude for just walking in. They'll try and squeeze your pockets for every single "fee" they can pin on you. Some are new AKA AFTER signing lease and papers on fees they'll try and charge you.
Hoping to become a resident in a two bedroom unit. Was pleasantly surprised by the layout and spaciousness of both the 1 and 2 bedroom.
