I have lived there almost a year and a half. Absolutely no issues at all and always very friendly and helpful when needed.

Nice price. Had a really nice location. But these apartments are severely mismanaged. Management staff seems to have a god complex. They'd like to control every aspect of your life. Half finished projects everywhere. My apartment sprung a leak in the ceiling in July. It took them almost 3 months to repaint my ceiling and rehang my light fixture. I was quiet didn't complain. I'm a quiet person. I manage retail for a living. I'm not a bad person. I see myself as a contributing member of society. Im 59, pay my rent on time and live a quiet lifestyle but I got evicted. I won't go into the details but the management staff is ultra rigid and I'm not the kind of person that bows down. No negotiating they just threw me out. Now I have a bad lease in my background and I face possible homelessness. I do not recommend these apartments

The lady who showed my boyfriend and I the apartment was very kind and helpful. We will definitely look forward to living there here shortly.

Tania Mercado is the most sincere, amazing property manager to deal with. She blessed me with the cleanest, best, brand new apartment I ever walked into.

The grounds are neat, and at night it is quiet here! This is a large complex. The units are not new, and the windows are old, single pane, and you can hear everything. Pools and tennis courts are plentiful. MAINTENANCE is responsive and nice. The OFFICE staff have been friendly to us, yet it is here that some communication gets dropped or lost, so keep calling back if needed. PEST CONTROL comes often, as scheduled on the calendar that is placed on your doorknob monthly. *KUDOS*. CON: The PARKING lots can get VERY FULL in the evenings. It can be difficult to carry things to your apartment from such a distance. That is my negative about living here. I wonder if some of the tenent's cars that are parked near the apartment units are "extras" that should be in the overflow boat parking lot. CON: Washer/Dryer Rooms: Try to have your own in your apartment, or go off site to a laundromat. The machines can be fickle here, and may wash but not spin, for example.

Signing the new lease today! I met Mrs. Robin in the management office and she completely made the application process painless. Not only did she do her job well but she was more concerned about my concerns and made special accommodations to my request... so far so good; very welcoming and thank you Robin. I hope I get to see you throughout our stay!! Also a bonus to know she’s a woman of faith!!!
