Sweetwater Apartments

We moved here from a apartment community on the island six months ago and I have to say this was best decision we ever did. We owed our home and sold it to move down here to take care of my elderly father so apt. life is different . I cannot say anything but positive and trust me I am very high maintenance and picky. It is first class all the way from the apartment to the grounds. Most important the whole staff cares. Highly recommend

My apartment and others that I have seen here are extremely well designed and built. The apartment is managed as a true community and the management team is proactive about creating useful and fun activities and keeping us informed about them. They are very open to feedback and ideas from the residents and extremely responsive - more so than any other community I have lived in. The location is lovely and the pool, riverside docks with kayaks and canoes landings make it a pleasure to live here.

Its an apartment. Its has a door and wood construction. You hear everything above and below you. Cosmetically it is nice, amenities are decent. But at the end of the day its apartment life. If your ok with a little noise here and there then you will be fine. If your looking for a quiet place on the river with picture perfect views and amazing amenities then go somewhere else. Its not all what the pictures make it to be.

The views are amazing and a great location.

I am a current resident here at Sweetwater and have to write that I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in looking for a place to live! I had a pretty seamless leasing experience considering I needed to do so from across country! (Arizona!). Michelle was super helpful in the whole process by even taking the time to do FaceTime with me to show me the apartment and its amenities ! Her idea even! Ive never had to wait long if at all for any maintenance requests Ive made online on the Sweetwater App Laurie has been fantastic is assisting me with answering any questions Ive had along the way ! Did I mention that the activities they play for us residents are wonderful and a great way to meet all the neighbors! Overall its one of the best decisions Ive made regarding apartment living .

Awesome Community. People are great. Office had an oyster roast for residents the other week. Can't beat the view.
