The construction is behind schedule and a bit annoying at times. The location is good, however there is no turn in lane from the main road. This can be dangerous as the traffic moves at 50 mph on that road.

Sweetwater has everything! Gorgeous pool, docks for fishing, kayaks, boat ramp being built. The staff does tons of resident events, more than anywhere else I have lived. This is the best property by far in Charleston with the best amenities!

The staff is phenomenal and my apartment is perfect for my needs. The only thing I wish would be better is all the facilities to be finished but it looks like that will be done in the next couple of months.

First off, I'd like to say that the view I have of this place is absolutely stunning, as it encompasses the view of the pool and the surrounding creek area.

That being said, there are several other factors that of this place that detract from said view and haven't been / cannot be addressed by the leasing office.

This includes:
1.) The flooring seems to be very thin so you can hear a lot of what your upstairs neighbor does. Combine that with:
2.) Potentially loud upstairs neighbors whose potentially large dog (notice no weight limit on the dog size, so a large, active dog with an approved breed) will make very loud footsteps.
3.) Your awesome screened in porch is full of dryer vents from other neighbors, so you there is no way for you or your neighbors lint to escape.

With that being said, there are other places to live that don't have these factors and will probably make you feel like you're more at home, but if you like the frequent interruptions and a sick view, choose this place.
